Sinds 2025 werken wij met een terugbelsysteem. Als u in de ochtend belt, is er altijd plek voor een terugbelafspraak. Op piekmomenten (vooral maandagmiddag) kunnen wij u vragen een dag later terug te bellen.

• Spoed: kies 9. U krijgt direct een assistente aan de lijn.
• Afspraak maken: kies 5. De assistente belt u terug.
• Afspraak annuleren: kies 3, graag minimaal 24 uur van tevoren.
• Uitslag opvragen: kies 4.
• Herhaalrecept: kies 2.

Zo willen wij de wachttijden aan de telefoon verkorten. Ook helpt het onze assistenten om u ongestoord te helpen.

Since 2025 we use a callback system. If you call in the morning, there is always room for a callback appointment. During peak times (especially Monday afternoons), you may be asked to call back a day later.

• English: press 0.
• Emergency: press 9. The assistant will talk to you immediately.
• Make an appointment: press 5. The assistant will call you back.
• Cancellation: press 3, please at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Request results: press 4.
• Repeat prescription: press 2.
